How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@mottune.com with your order number or the email address associated with your order. We stand behind every wheel we build — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns: All MOTTUNE wheels are custom-made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your wheel arrives defective or damaged, you may request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, show no signs of installation or wear, and be in its original packaging. Returns are accepted by mail.
Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation: Every order is manually reviewed by our team. Once your order details are confirmed and production is underway, cancellations cannot be accepted.
How long does delivery take?
We offer two shipping options at checkout — Standard and Express. All times are estimated from dispatch.
Standard shipping delivers to Australia and United Kingdom within 15–20 business days, New Zealand and Germany within 15–20 business days, United States and Canada within 20–25 business days, and Malaysia and Singapore within 10–15 business days.
Express shipping delivers to Australia and United Kingdom within 5–12 business days, New Zealand and Germany within 7–12 business days, United States and Canada within 10–14 business days, Malaysia within 5–8 business days, and Singapore within 4–7 business days.
Times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
How do I create an account?
Head to the My Account page, enter your email address, and create a password. It only takes a minute.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Add your desired items to your shopping cart and click on "View Cart". There you will find the field "Enter coupon/discount code". Enter the code and confirm – the discount will be automatically applied.
