OUR POLICY

Custom-made to order — please read before purchasing

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@mottune.com with your order number or the email address associated with your order. Our aim is to ensure the best custom and driving experience with all our products. If there is an issue with your item, we will do our utmost to resolve it.

RETURNS

All wheels are custom-made and therefore not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, if your wheel is defective or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be unused, show no signs of installation or wear, and be in its original packaging. Returns are accepted by mail.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Each order is manually reviewed by our team. Once your order details are confirmed and production is underway, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Please note the following:

  • All MOTTUNE wheels are custom-made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Return requests for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
  • Once production is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
