Every MOTTUNE wheel is fully customised to your exact specifications. If you would like to arrange a deposit payment, please contact us directly at hello@mottune.com and we will create the order for you.
Deposit Policy
If you choose to pay via deposit, please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Our products are fully customised to meet your specific requirements and production begins once your deposit is received.
The remaining 50% balance will be due once your wheel is complete and ready for dispatch.
How it Works
Once your deposit is received, we will begin production on your custom wheel. Upon completion, we will notify you with a photograph of the finished item along with your order number for your approval.
Once the final payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your order.
Important
- The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- Production begins only after deposit payment is confirmed.
- Your order will not be shipped until the final balance is paid in full.
- We will contact you with proof of completion before requesting the final payment.

Please note the following
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances as production is initiated immediately upon receipt.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before your order is dispatched.
- You will receive a photograph of your completed wheel before the final payment is requested.
- Full payment orders follow the same production timeline of 10–14 business days before dispatch.
- Afterpay is available at checkout for eligible orders — split your total into 4 interest-free fortnightly payments.
