9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

MOTTUNE is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with MOTTUNE. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with MOTTUNE.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm you have read and understood both.

11. FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, reviews, ideas, or other content to us, you grant MOTTUNE a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for any purpose. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOTTUNE, Shopify, and our respective affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and MOTTUNE consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any disputes arising under these Terms.
